These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of BetMirror (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
You must meet the legal minimum age required in your country or jurisdiction to use the Service. By using BetMirror, you confirm that you satisfy this requirement.
BetMirror is analytical software designed to evaluate and compare historical betting records uploaded by users.
BetMirror is not:
The Service analyses historical, already-settled betting data only.
Every report, score and conclusion generated by BetMirror is a descriptive analysis of historical data and must not be interpreted as a prediction, recommendation or guarantee of future performance.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
Each user may maintain one personal account unless otherwise authorised by BetMirror.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your account.
BetMirror accepts betting history files in supported formats, including CSV, XLS and XLSX.
By uploading a file, you confirm that:
Uploaded files are processed solely to generate the requested analysis.
Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.
As part of the normal operation of the Service, uploaded files are deleted after processing and are not retained as permanent user data.
BetMirror may offer both free and paid subscription plans.
Paid subscriptions may be billed monthly or annually through an authorised third-party payment provider.
Unless cancelled before renewal, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
Subscription prices may change in the future. Any change applies only to future billing periods and never retroactively.
All payments are final.
BetMirror does not provide refunds for subscriptions or other purchases except where required by applicable law.
You agree not to:
BetMirror retains all rights, title and interest in the Service, including its software, algorithms, analytical methodology, visual design, trademarks, branding and report format.
Users retain ownership of the data they upload.
Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of BetMirror's intellectual property to users.
BetMirror is analytical software only. The Service:
Analytical results depend entirely on the completeness and accuracy of the data supplied by the user.
Users remain solely responsible for any betting or wagering decisions they make, whether or not those decisions are influenced by information generated by the Service.
BetMirror is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or browser, or the completeness or accuracy of data supplied by users.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BetMirror shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of the Service, including betting losses, financial losses, lost profits or decisions made in reliance on analytical outputs.
BetMirror may suspend or terminate access to the Service where these Terms are violated or where necessary to protect the Service or its users.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time.
The updated version becomes effective when published on the Service. Continued use of BetMirror after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Greece.
